  1. Your Prokard membership entitles you up to 20% off the best available public rate of the day at over 130 superb hotels, lodges, resorts and country houses throughout South Africa and Africa, PEAK SEASON INCLUDED.

5% Off Domestic Leisure Rates

  1. Your membership will also entitle you to 5% off any special offer advertised on proteahotels.com, 5% off our Weekend Pricebreaker rates, or 5% off the hotels' rates board - on request - if your Prokard rate is higher than the advertised rate for that day.
  2. This excludes all negotiated and contracted rates and special packages advertised by a travel agent or tour operator.

A Free Leisure Break For You

  1. All our members receive a free night break after spending a minimum of 15 nights with us at our various hotels. It's our way of thanking you!
  2. Each night you spend with us on any Prokard rate earns you a Prokard stamp. When you accumulate between 15 - 40 stamps, you are entitled to varying options of free night accommodation for two people.

  1. When you check-in, you will receive an automatic and complimentary upgrade to a better room category, whenever availability allows it.

  2. As a Prokard Gold member, your card can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner at participating restaurants and the following discounts apply:
    1. 25% off your total food bill when you dine alone
    2. 50% off your total food bill when 2 people dine
    3. 33% off your total food bill when 3 people dine
    4. 25% off your total food bill when 4-12 people dine
