Objectives

  1. Following completion of the programme and given appropriate support you will be able to:
  2. Identify the difference between a GUEST service standard and a procedure
  3. Develop GUEST service standards appropriate for your hotel
  4. Communicate the GUEST service standards effectively in your hotel
  5. Identify training needs within your department/hotel
  6. Produce a training plan to meet these needs in a systematic way
  7. Evaluate the effectiveness of GUEST service standards and training plans
  8. Implement the Protea GUEST service vision in your hotel

Mandatory

Managers must have attended the Implementing GUEST Service Standards course.

Cancellations must be sent to PHIPD, 10 working days before commencement date of course. If any cancellations are made after this time, the full fee will be charged to you
