Aimed at

The ideal delegates to nominate for the JUICED! Facilitator's course would be members of management or supervisory level STAFF.

Criteria

Delegates should have energetic and enthusiastic personalities.

Objectives

JUICED! is Protea Hotels' exciting course on "How to succeed through spectacular GUEST service" by understanding:
• Protea Hotels' Vision, Values and Principles
• VOEMA.

Mandatory

There must be at least 1 qualified Juiced Facilitator per Department (i.e. Front Office, Housekeeping, F & B).

Cancellations must be sent to PHIPD, 10 working days before commencement date of course. If any cancellations are made after this time, the full fee will be charged to you
