Middle to Senior Managment

OBJECTIVES

  1. The delegates will have  a clearly defined understanding of the business plan, comprising of the Marketing Plan, Quality Plan and Financial Plan.
  2. The delegates will have a better understanding of strategic thinking, problem solving, decision making and goal setting.
  3. The delegates will learn communication and assertive skills.

CRITERIA

Must have attended JUICED! , LDP1 or have attended a similiar course on management skills / principles and must currently be in a middle to senior management capacity, or due for a promotion shortly.

  • Cancellations must be sent to PHIPD, 10 working days before commencement date of course. If any cancellations are made after this time, the full fee will be charged to you.
