OUR MISSION

Our Mission is to conduct the PROKARD CLUB Marketing Programme in a professional manner, according to the standards set by Protea Hotels.

WHAT WE DO

PROKARD CLUB's campaign consists of a friendly call once or twice a year and news from Protea Hotels with an attractive membership offer. One purpose of our call is to remind our customers of the Club's advantages and benefits that led them initially to give us their names.

Our team of operators will end a call quickly and politely if it is unwelcome for any reason. If requested, we remove customers' names from a call list, or customers can remain on mailing and emailing lists, if they so wish.
